PrivateEvents: one event plan, not separate searches
How we built PrivateEvents: one event plan, providers who see the date and the guests, reviews only after a booking.
PrivateEvents lets a host build one plan: venue, food, music and the rest, in the same region. Providers see the date, the guest count and the place before they quote.
Problem
Planning a party is normally four tabs: venue, caterer, music, styling. A food truck at a venue that does not allow one is a quote that goes nowhere. A provider who only sees “party”, without a date and a guest count, cannot price it. Reviews from people who never booked say nothing.
Approach
One event card. Per part, providers that fit the region and each other. The host chooses and sends the request. Reviews only from people who booked a provider through the platform. Stories only when a host shares one.
