UwOnderhoudscontract: compare a contract, price in the quote
How we built UwOnderhoudscontract: a request per appliance, a contract with the tradesperson, and the price in the quote.
Boiler, heat pump, air conditioning or ventilation. Visitors compare maintenance contracts from trades nearby. The price sits in that company’s quote, not in a basket.
Problem
Maintenance is recurring, but people search when the boiler is due or the heat pump has a fault. A national brochure with one phone number loses to “a tradesperson near me”. The price of a contract depends on the appliance and the cover. Putting that price on the homepage is a promise the tradesperson then has to keep.
Approach
A request per appliance type, with a rhythm: once, monthly, yearly, by season, or agreed. The customer signs the contract with the tradesperson. The platform matches them and keeps appliances in an account.
What we built
What this proves for youRecurring maintenance is not a shop. The visitor wants to know which tradesperson can come, and with what cover. The price belongs in a quote, not as a fixed figure on the homepage.TechnologyLaravel and Filament for trades, contract types and requests.
